We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting daily IT problems and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
Assist with LAN, WAN, and basic server support
Maintain IT inventory, records, and documentation
Provide on-site and remote support to users
Follow company IT policies and data security guidelines
Qualifications:
B.Sc, Diploma, B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or BCA
Relevant certifications such as Red Hat, Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Candidate:
Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Customer-oriented approach
Willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
