We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance across hardware, software, and network environments.
The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues, support system configurations, and ensure smooth IT operations for internal teams. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and security tools.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network monitoring.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
Assist in system upgrades, backups, and IT infrastructure improvements.
Skills:
1-4 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, firewalls, and ticketing systems.
Understanding of security protocols and ITIL framework.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Workspace) is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience may also apply.
