Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

IT Engineer - Server & Networking

to manage, maintain, and secure the company's

IT infrastructure

, ensuring

uninterrupted manufacturing and office operations

.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

server management, network administration, virtualization, and IT security

within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain , storage, and backup systems. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot

network devices

- routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. Monitor and optimize

network performance, uptime, and security

across all company sites. Ensure reliable

connectivity for ERP systems, production machinery, and plant equipment

. Implement and maintain

IT security policies

, user access control, and

data protection measures

. Coordinate with

vendors and service providers

for IT infrastructure support and upgrades. Maintain documentation of

network configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

. Support

disaster recovery

and

business continuity

processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science

, or a related field.

3-6 years

of experience in

server and network administration

(manufacturing experience preferred). Certifications such as

CCNA, MCSA, or VMware VCP

are preferred. Excellent

problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting

skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
