: IT Executive / IT Support Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain IP routers, switches, and networking equipment.

Manage and monitor servers (Windows/Linux), including user access, backups, and system security.

Troubleshoot network, internet, LAN/WAN, and hardware-related issues.

Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV, biometric devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.

Maintain data security, antivirus, firewall, and system updates.

Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for network or hardware support.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and training teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of IP Routing, Networking (LAN/WAN).

Hands-on experience with server setup and maintenance.

Knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux, and system administration.

Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Basic knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Networking.

1-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may apply).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in educational institute or corporate office IT support.

Knowledge of attendance/biometric systems and access control.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
