Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related problems (both onsite and remote).
Manage installation and upgrades of software, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and internet connectivity.
Ensure timely backup and recovery of critical data.
Maintain IT asset inventory and keep records updated.
Ensure IT security protocols, antivirus, and firewall settings are properly implemented.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
Support new system rollouts, ERP/software integration, and IT projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as IT Technician / Engineer / Support Executive.
Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Email configuration, and cloud-based tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
