Job Title: IT Executive

As an IT Executive, You will assist in managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure. This role supports troubleshooting, software installation, user support, and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations across all departments.

What you'll do

Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and data security. Manage user accounts, access rights, and email configurations. Support regular data backup, antivirus updates, and system health checks. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repairs or replacements. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements. Assist in setting up and maintaining CCTV, printers, and other IT-related equipment. Support internal IT projects and ensure documentation of all IT processes. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting. Understanding of Microsoft Office 365, cloud storage, and data backup tools. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
