The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define whats next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT teams to gather and integrate asset data from various sources into a single platform
• Develop and maintain data preparation processes to ensure consistent and accurate asset information.
• Develop and maintain automation processes related to identity lifecycle, application configuration, and data management.
• Manage the administration, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting of SaaS application, endpoint management, and identity processes
• Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations for applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows

• Bachelor's degree with up to 4-7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of asset management and vulnerability assessment
• Experience troubleshooting data integration issues and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience in scripting languages (Python or PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Experience with Linux and Docker (Linux is preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues related to asset data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in English required.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office productivity tools (O365/M365)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
