to manage and support IT infrastructure for our transformer manufacturing operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT systems, networks, and user support in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery
Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, firewalls, and antivirus systems
Support ERP, email systems, and other business applications
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC services
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
Support users across multiple locations (Ambernath, Rabale, Thane)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and server management
Experience in IT support within manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple locations and users independently
