Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Improve overall IT operations Providing end-to-end IT solutions to end users. Troubleshoot all software-related problems reported by users. Backup of user's data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Should have Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
