Role Summary:
A reputed school in Sangrama (Sopore) is looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to manage school IT infrastructure, ensure smooth functioning of computer systems, and support staff with technical issues. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle school-level IT operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain school computer systems, networks, and hardware.
Troubleshoot system issues, connectivity problems, printer errors, etc.
Provide IT support to teachers, admin staff, and labs.
Oversee installation and updating of software applications.
Ensure proper functioning of smart classrooms and projectors.
Maintain data backups, system security, and IT inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science.
Experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and networking.
Knowledge of system configuration and basic networking tools.
Ability to handle campus-wide IT needs independently.
