Job Summary (List Format):
- Senior professional role in Technology Staffing Recruitment, focused on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring
- Target-driven recruitment position (not a generalist HR role)
- Requires 4+ years of experience in IT/technology staffing, especially in Microsoft Technologies, AI, and Cyber Security
- Prior experience with BFSI or product-based companies and emerging technologies preferred
- Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates
- Accountable for achieving individual recruitment targets
- Team management and mentorship responsibilities, including onboarding new hires
- Client management and collaboration with hiring managers to identify future needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including leveraging online platforms (e.g., Naukri, Monster, social media)
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Work within a fast-growing, nationwide workforce solutions provider serving multiple industries
