Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels, add company to vendor lists, generate solid requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions and thus drive revenues
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in IT sales and IT staffing business development management, is preferrable
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing teams.
Strong understanding of IT products/services including software solutions.
Good years of experience as a Business Development Executive with proven records of client acquisition for the US staffing business.
Excellent time-management skills
Decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skills
Highly proficient in MS Office
