Role Summary
We are seeking a certified and technically proficient Workday Functional Leader to oversee the strategic delivery and hands-on configuration of Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules, with deep expertise in HCM. This role will manage a team of Workday professionals, lead full-cycle implementations, and ensure robust integration across HR, Payroll, and enterprise systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, driving platform optimization, and ensuring the team is trained and aligned with Workday best practices.
