Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, onboarding vendors, and driving revenue growth for Brandsmashers' IT and software services.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify potential vendors, clients, and business opportunities through market research and networking.

? Ensure a minimum of 20% vendor onboarding per company norms.

? Pitch software solutions and digital transformation services to clients.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors.

Address customer concerns and ensure long-term business partnerships.

?Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Handle negotiations effectively to close deals and onboard vendors.

? Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business growth strategies.

Requirements:

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

? Experience: 0-3 years in business development, sales, or IT services.

? Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach. Basic knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and cloud technologies (AWS, React, Java, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation technique

Pay: ?15,705.41 - ?42,563.05 per month
