About This Role


Textron Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter Senior Configuration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives in the Aerospace & Defense domain, with extensive experience in Siemens' PLM application portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting the configuration and implementation of Textron Systems' Teamcenter PLM system, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and platforms, and optimizing workflows to enhance product development and manufacturing processes. This person will be working with the Teamcenter technical teams in the United States and in India. This person must be on-site at the TIPL location in India.


Responsibilities include:


Support the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter, including Active Workspace, BMIDE, workflows, organization, ACL, projects, change management, structure manager, BOM alignment, dispatcher, MPP, service manager, program planning, classification, and requirements management. Develop and implement integration strategies for MCAD, ECAD, and related platforms with Teamcenter as the core. Optimize version control and workflow processes for design data. Provide business solutions in product design, engineering, and manufacturing practices. Gather and incorporate customer feedback to align solutions with program requirements.
Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in advancing Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives using Siemens' PLM application portfolio. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including installation, administration, and various modules such as BMIDE, workflows, organization, ACL, projects, change management, structure manager, BOM alignment, dispatcher, MPP, service manager, program planning, classification, and requirements management. Experience with Teamcenter integrations, including NX, SolidWorks, inventor and ERP. Sound Knowledge of Server-Side customization (ITK) Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA. Strong skills in design data management, organization optimization, program and change control, product costing, BOM configuration and management, requirements management, and workflow optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field.
