Role Overview:
The
IT Specialist
will be responsible for managing and implementing the organization's
digital marketing platforms, ERP systems, websites, and IT infrastructure
. The role requires a blend of
technical, system, and digital skills
to support business growth, process automation, and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Management
Assist in
ERP selection, implementation, customization, and rollout
across departments.
Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders for requirement gathering and system configuration.
Manage ERP modules such as
Finance, Procurement, Projects, HR, Inventory, and Billing
.
Ensure data migration, user training, system testing, and post-implementation support.
Monitor ERP performance, upgrades, security, and user access controls.
Website Implementation & Management
Lead
company website development, implementation, and maintenance
.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and hosting providers.
Ensure website security, uptime, backups, and performance optimization.
Manage content updates, SEO basics, and integration with business systems.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute
digital marketing strategies
to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
Manage
SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing
.
Analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Coordinate with marketing and business teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
IT Systems & Infrastructure
Manage and support
IT systems, networks, hardware, and software
.
Ensure data security, backups, antivirus, firewall, and access control systems.
Provide IT support to users for system, software, and hardware issues.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system manuals.
Automation & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for
process automation and digital transformation
.
Integrate ERP, website, CRM, and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Support reporting, dashboards, and MIS requirements for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
ERP implementation and support experience
Website development and management knowledge (CMS, hosting, security)
Digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics)
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity basics
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Good communication and documentation skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
IT / Computer Science / Information Systems
Certification in
ERP / Digital Marketing / Web Technologies

3-8 years of relevant experience (flexible as per organization needs)
Hands-on exposure to
ERP systems and digital platforms
Experience in website implementation and system integration
Exposure to EPC / construction / corporate environments will be an added advantage
