About the Role:



We are seeking a results-oriented

IT Solutions Sales Executive - Digital Marketing

to drive sales of digital marketing services backed by technology. This role focuses on generating new business, pitching digital advertising solutions (like Google Ads, paid campaigns, and automation tools), and building relationships with tech-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients for IT-based digital marketing solutions. Sell services such as Google Ads, PPC, Display Advertising, YouTube Ads, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools. Understand client needs, business models, and pain points to deliver tailored marketing tech solutions. Prepare sales presentations, quotes, and proposals based on client requirements. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and track all interactions. Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the digital marketing and development teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, especially tools and technologies relevant to IT clients. Represent the company in meetings, events, and digital marketing forums when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT solutions or digital marketing sales. Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms, especially Google Ads. Experience in selling digital services to IT, SaaS, or tech companies. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:



Understanding of IT systems such as SaaS platforms, CRMs, or cloud-based marketing tools. Familiarity with lead generation strategies and automation tools. Experience working with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPC. Knowledge of paid social platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or YouTube campaigns.
