: IT Solutions & CCTV Technician

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems at client locations.

Perform regular system checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for both IT and CCTV infrastructure.

Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients on CCTV and IT system usage.

Document all installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and service requests accurately.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for complex installations or escalated support needs.

Stay updated on the latest trends in surveillance, IT products, and security technologies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience

(1+ years preferred)

installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and IT systems.

Basic networking knowledge (LAN setup, device configuration) and the ability to read technical manuals.

Strong communication and customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Physical ability to perform field work at various sites.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
