As Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional IT Solution Architect within Nokia's Corporate & Business Applications team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will lead technical architecture, solution design, data integrations, and configuration/build for projects and enhancements, as well as managing Business as Usual L3 support.
Responsibilities:

  • Bridges business needs with scalable technical architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM system.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and translates detailed business requirements into implementable solution including specific technical requirements and Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design.
  • Determines the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture and technology understanding and Contributes to cost and benefit analysis.
  • Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation. Ensures technical integrity, consistency, and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle.
  • Defines and documents detailed solution architectural and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations.
  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives improvements that create competitive advantage.
  • Provides guidance on projects solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality and efficiency based on experience.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configuration/build, specifically with regards to different data extract methods and integrations
  • Experienced in HCM Extract, BICC, GPI, HDL, Fast Formulas, OIC integrations, Reports (BIP primarily), VBS
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, Advanced HCM Controls, HelpDesk, Strategic Workforce Planning)
Nice-To-Have:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g. OIC, Gen AI, Functional modules)
  • Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
  • Experience in Gen AI and AI agents.
