Project Management Intern - IT QC / QA Tester

About the Role

We are looking for a

Project Management Intern - IT QC / QA Tester

who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in

software quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and project coordination

. This internship focuses on testing web-based projects, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the project management team in delivering reliable and bug-free solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to

IT project workflows, software testing processes, documentation, and coordination between development and management teams

.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control / Quality Assurance

Understand project requirements, workflows, and functional specifications Perform

manual testing

of web applications and internal systems Identify, report, and track bugs, errors, and usability issues Validate fixes and perform

re-testing

after bug resolution Ensure application functionality meets quality standards before release
Testing & Documentation

Prepare and execute

test cases, test scenarios, and test reports

Maintain proper QA documentation as per project standards Assist in preparing

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

support documents Follow QA checklists and testing guidelines
Project Management Support

Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables Update task status and testing feedback to the project management team Support internal reviews and quality audits
Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills (Basic Knowledge Preferred)

Understanding of

software testing concepts (QC & QA)

Basic knowledge of

SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Familiarity with web applications, websites, or software systems Awareness of bug tracking tools or spreadsheets (basic level)
Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow processes and documentation Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Team player with a responsible attitude
Eligibility Criteria

Students or freshers pursuing

IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

Basic understanding of software or web technologies Candidates looking to build a career in

QA, QC, or IT Project Management
