Qualifications -

• Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree/Master's in Computer Science.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey strategies and complex information effectively within all levels of the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to analyze requirements and design scalable software solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components, using modern frameworks and tools.
• Build and maintain highly scalable APIs and data-driven interfaces that support robust application functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and code quality.
• Create and maintain clear documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
• Contribute ideas to improve the product experience and drive innovation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications in a modern software engineering environment.
• Strong programming skills in NodeJS/Python/Java, with solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Interest in data analytics and building data-informed applications.
• Understanding of Agile development practices and experience working in collaborative teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• A passion for building products that deliver great user experiences and create business impact.
