Milani Electrical & Solar is a growing, customer-focused electrical and solar solutions provider, delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to residential and commercial clients. As part of our continued expansion, we are growing our administrative and technical support operations by establishing an office in India.

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to support our global operations by maintaining company websites and developing internal and customer-facing software applications. This role will be based in our India office and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital platforms are secure, efficient, and scalable. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple development projects while providing ongoing IT and technical support

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Management

Maintain, update, and optimize company websites for performance, security, and usability

Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and outages in a timely manner

Implement content updates, design changes, and feature enhancements

Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly

Software & Application Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based and mobile applications

Enhance and maintain existing internal systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

IT & Systems Support

Provide technical support for software, applications, and internal systems

Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity

Assist with system integrations, APIs, and third-party tools

Maintain technical documentation and user guides

Security & Compliance

Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices

Manage backups, updates, and access controls

Identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in website management and software/application development

Strong proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks

Experience with backend development (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js)

Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android or cross-platform frameworks)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams
