Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to IT services
Understand client requirements and share relevant IT solutions
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for client requirements
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails
Maintain sales and client records
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months experience
in inside sales, IT sales, or coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of IT or digital services (training provided)
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to work
on-site
during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales
Familiarity with CRM or sales coordination tools
B2B client handling experience
