What part will you play?
Within the Global IT HUB Organisation, you will be working in a newly created Global IT Service - IT Hardware and Mobile Communications team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Professional to join our team as a Reporting and Data Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust reporting solutions and conducting data analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT, data analytics, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement data models to enhance reporting capabilities and provide a comprehensive view of key performance
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting purposes.
• Optimize queries and database performance to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Provide technical support to end-users for reporting tools and data analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
