Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will oversee the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and managing risks. Your role involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle and providing operational support to keep production systems and devices online and available. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by managing risks to services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Provide operational support to keep production systems and devices online and available. - Collaborate with team members to address work-related challenges. - Continuously improve service delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network operations and management. - Experience in IT service management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework. - Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
