Position Summary The NCR Voyix IT Service Management (ITSM) Product Owner is responsible for managing the ITSM Processes surrounding Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management. The Product Owner will determine ITSM product evolution working with ITSM Champions across the organization to drive process and workflow improvement. They will also ensure consistency of Data and Compliance to the ITSM processes. The Product Owner will work directly with the Development team to prioritize enhancements including testing and ensuring proper training is provided with ongoing changes. Lastly, they will look to automate and optimize the ITSM processes to eliminate process failures and minimize manual touch points. Essential Functions, Responsibilities, and tasks may include: Manage the day-to-day execution of ITSM processes. Manage key relationships with peer roles such as CDMB and Knowledge Management Product Owners. Partner across the organization with change, incident, and problem champions. Identify issues with the ITSM processes and implement changes to improve. Provide on-process compliance metrics. Document enhancements in the form of user stories within Jira. Prioritize the Jira user stories related for development during sprint planning sessions. Manage/ maintain the quality of ITSM data within ServiceNow. Partner with NOW-Architect to address how new ITSM capabilities from ServiceNow are introduced to our user community. Document business processes and training materials for the ITSM processes. Convey those processes, provide training materials, and host training sessions as required to technical and non-technical user base. Establish Roadmap of opportunities for the next 24 months Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested and provide both management and/or detailed level analysis results. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in ITSM Processes 5+ years of corporate work experience 2 years of experience using ServiceNow Demonstrated ability to lead others and to partner affectively across a large enterprise organization Ability to perform data analysis, correlate data from multiple sources and provide senior management with detailed analysis summaries Experience documenting processes, knowledge articles, and training materials Demonstrated ability to support and troubleshoot complex issues Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix\'s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
