Job Description


To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience in Big4 consulting or Tier 1 or Tier2 Consulting firms
  • A degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience working as an IT Service Management or IT adviser for a professional services firm, or within industry
  • Hand on implementation, early life support and CSI experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in the following engagements:
    • IT Service Management Strategy
    • ITSM (ITIL/ ISO 20000) Framework Development
    • ITSM Implementation
    • IT Service Management Tool Enablement
    • Engagement Delivery experience of 10+ ISO20000 and/or ITIL end to end implementation till CSI.
    • Strong project management skills
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
    • Excellent leadership, teamwork and client service skills
    • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
