Experience : 4-6 years of experience in IT service desk / ITSM, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.

Salary : Up to 7 LPA

Skills :
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Manage Engine etc.).
Knowledge of desktop, network, and application support concepts.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
