Role : International IT Service Desk - Team Leader



Experience : 4-6 years of experience in IT service desk / ITSM, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.

Location : Goregaon

Salary : Up to 7 LPA

Education : Graduation

Notice : Immediate to 15 Days

Skills :

Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.

Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Manage Engine etc.).

Knowledge of desktop, network, and application support concepts.

Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?700,000.00 per month
