We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Service Desk Agent to join our team. As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our internal customers, providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

# Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Document IT requests and resolutions in the ticketing system

- Collaborate with internal IT teams (e.g., development, operations) to resolve complex technical issues

- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to stay up-to-date on new technologies and products

- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times

# Requirements

- Excellent technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience with IT service management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
