Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Tech Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of an AI-native omnichannel dialer and engagement platform.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, telephony, and product, ensuring predictable delivery across fast-moving, multi-stream teams.

The ideal candidate understands modern SaaS platforms, AI microservices, and real-time systems, and can drive execution without slowing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership



Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple teams Translate business goals into clear delivery plans, milestones, and execution rhythm Ensure commitments are met on scope, quality, timelines, and cost

Program & Sprint Management



Drive Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid) across teams Plan and track:
o Sprint goals

o PI / milestone commitments

o Dependencies and risks

Ensure regular cadence: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status reporting

Stakeholder Management



Act as the single point of accountability for delivery Communicate clearly with:
o Business stakeholders

o Engineering Teams

o External partners/vendors

Manage expectations proactively; escalate risks early with solutions
Engineering & Quality Governance

Work closely with Tech Leads to ensure:
o Clean architecture

o Code quality and reviews

o Testing coverage (unit, integration, UAT)

o Release readiness

Ensure non-functional requirements are met:
o Performance

o Security

o Scalability

o Compliance (where applicable)

Risk, Dependency & Change Management



Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies Handle scope changes with structured impact assessment and re-planning

Metrics & Reporting



Track and report on:
o Delivery progress

o Velocity and predictability

o Defect trends

o Release health

Provide clear, honest status updates--no surprises

Continuous Improvement



Improve delivery maturity, tooling, and processes Promote best practices across teams Help teams move from hero-based delivery to system-based delivery

Required Skills & Experience



Must-Have

12+ years of experience in technology delivery / program management Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycle Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks Proven ability to manage multiple teams and parallel workstreams Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have

Experience delivering platforms, SaaS products, or AI-driven systems Exposure to microservices, cloud platforms, APIs, and data systems Vendor and partner delivery management experience Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (BFSI, healthcare, telecom, etc.)

Tools & Ways of Working



Jira / Azure DevOps / similar tracking tools Confluence / documentation tools CI/CD awareness and release coordination Comfortable working with engineering, product, AI, and infra teams
