Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networks, storage, cloud services).
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, and application deployments.
Monitor and maintain systems performance and reliability, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.
Mentor and support junior IT staff, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other departments to assess IT needs and propose solutions.
Maintain documentation of systems configurations, procedures, and operations.
Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with IT security tools, firewall management, backup solutions, and endpoint protection.
Proficient in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
