For more information, visit www.gf.com Your Job: As part of the GF CISO team the Third Party Security Leader will be responsible for managing the Cyber risk management strategy for third parties including suppliers, JV\'s, and M&A. You will coordinate and lead the strategy through senior functional leaders including Supply Chain, Business Development, and IT across the full 3rd party lifecycle. You will work closely with Cyber leaders and IT system owners to develop and apply the required controls and remediations addressing third party risk. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategy for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) protecting GF operational continuity, data protection, and regulatory risk. Collaborate and partner with senior IT (E.g. CDO), Supply Chain, and Business Development leaders to drive adoption of the 3rd party security strategy, ensuring leadership alignment, and execution to plan Provide consulting, guidance and education on third party governance, oversight and risk mitigation approaches throughout the third party lifecycle to business operations, key stakeholders and team members In partnership with internal stakeholders; lead the development of ongoing monitoring activities and protocols for Third Party relationships to sustain transparency into residual risks throughout the lifecycle Partner with services providers to assist in strategy execution including but not limited to control attestation, continuous monitoring, and risk assessment Establish and ensure integration of 3rd party security risk assessment processes into procurement and supply chain systems (E.g. ERP) Create and maintain supplier risk assessment to drive enhanced focus and control assurance for highest risk indirect and direct suppliers Establish and maintain risk profile reporting accuracy, consistency, data integrity and creation/distribution of dashboards and reports to key stakeholders Drive adoption of TPRM program through education and awareness activities and training Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related/applicable field. Bachelor\'s degree with 6-8 years of experience and master\'s with 5-7 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Internal Audit Proven leadership and management skills, with experience driving IT/Cyber initiatives within a large enterprise environment Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, such as ISO and NIST controls/frameworks. Demonstrated success in leading the development, implementation and sustainability of third party risk identification, treatment plans and ongoing monitoring protocols within a high performance risk management, vendor management, audit, compliance and/or sourcing team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are highly preferred.
