About The Job:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead the deployment, administration, and support of Passwordstate, a secure enterprise password management solution.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure credential storage, access control, and integration with enterprise systems, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:
Passwordstate Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain Passwordstate in a secure and high-availability environment.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
• Configure password policies, auditing, and reporting features.
• Integrate Passwordstate with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement and enforce password management best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of password usage and access logs.
• Collaborate with security teams to support incident response and risk mitigation.

Automation & Integration:

• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, API) for automation of password rotation and reporting.
• Integrate Passwordstate with ITSM, SIEM, and other enterprise tools.
• Support secure credential injection for applications and services.

Support & Documentation:

• Provide Tier 3 support for password management issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Train and support end-users and IT teams on secure password practices.

Qualifications:

• Exp -5to 8 years

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security or systems administration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Passwordstate or similar enterprise password management tools.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with integration of Passwordstate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).
• Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Security certifications.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to security best practices.
