We are looking for a IT security Guard to sit inside office in TABLE and chair

Job Location - Our branch is at Kurusipalli Road, Ravipuram, Cochin - 682015

For Bus / Train Route - GET DOWN AT ERNAKULAM TOWN OR SOUTH RAILWAY STATION.

OUR OFFICE IS 5 & 1 KM RESPECTIVELY ( or ) GET DOWN AT RAVIPURAM BUS STOP

Key responsibilities.

Access control:

Authorize entrance for employees and visitors, verify identification, and manage access to restricted areas.

Emergency response:

Respond to alarms and emergencies, provide assistance during medical incidents or fires, and coordinate with emergency services like police or fire departments.

Incident reporting:

Maintain logs and write detailed reports of daily activities, security breaches, damage, and any unusual occurrences.

Enforcing rules:

Ensure people comply with company policies and safety regulations, and warn or apprehend violators when necessary.

Customer service:

Assist visitors and employees with directions, answer questions, and provide general assistance.

Observation and attention to detail:

Ability to spot suspicious activity and potential hazards.

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and interacting with people.

Judgment and calm under pressure:

Ability to make quick, sound decisions in stressful or emergency situations.

Physical fitness:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and respond to situations.
