The Role

We have an opportunity for an IT Security Analyst to join our team in the Mumbai office. The role is both proactive and reactive and global in nature, working to protect the security of the Company. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support the monitoring of our network and systems, responsibility for our vulnerability management program and analyze/assess security alarms and threats, providing incident response as required.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support vulnerability management efforts for all sites globally
• 
  Respond to zero-day vulnerabilities and high-priority CVE\xe2\x80\x99s quickly and efficiently
• 
  Support preparation for Cyber Essentials audits in the UK
• 
  Follow-up on SIEM Security Alerts
• 
  Support DISP compliance efforts in Australia
• 
  Support Penetration testing initiatives as required
• 
  Develop plans for changes, upgrades, maintenance, training and communication
• 
  Review internal processes for vulnerability scanning (eg. Nessus) to improve preparedness efforts for audits
• 
  Support improvement and optimization of existing Security Notifications, Incident Response and Crisis Management processes
• 
  Develop training materials and other ways to evangelize good cyber security practices in the company
• 
  Occasional end-user (desktop) support on cybersecurity-related issues

Requirements:

  Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management
• 
  Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g. methods for assessing and mitigating risk

  Knowledge of cyber threats/vulnerabilities and impacts of operational impacts of breaches
• 
  Up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors
• 
  CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISMP or other Security-/Audit-Infrastructure-related certifications
• 
  Network architecture
