We are looking for a dedicated IT & Security Administrator to strengthen our internal infrastructure, enhance
our security posture, and support our growing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Seqrite Endpoint Security across all laptops
Investigate and respond to alerts and incidents
Enforce antivirus, patching, and device encryption policies
Maintain updated hardware/software inventory
Enforce device configuration standards (OS versions, security patches, software tools)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in GSuite / Microsoft 365 / other SaaS tools
Support onboarding/offboarding processes securely
Plan and set up basic LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure if needed
Ensure secure VPN or remote access configurations for internal tools or file shares
Generate regular security and device health reports
Implement tools to monitor software usage, unauthorized apps, etc.
Ensure internal systems follow compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, etc., if applicable)
Write and maintain IT policies (acceptable use, password policy, BYOD, etc.)
What we're looking for:
3+ years in a similar IT administrator, network admin, or security support role
Experience with:
Endpoint security platforms (Seqrite, CrowdStrike, etc.)
GSuite / Microsoft 365 admin
Basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi setup, routers, VPNs)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
Comfortable working with Windows (and optionally Mac) environments
Familiarity with IT documentation and ticketing systems
Preferred but not required qualifications:
Any security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.)
Experience in SaaS access controls or SSO tools
* Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
