to join the Support & Maintenance team, focusing on Syensqo HSE applications. The role involves designing and implementing improvements to ensure business continuity. Responsibilities include writing functional specifications, testing, validating, and documenting customizations and development changes. Collaboration with Syensqo IT, product managers, and HSE experts is essential to analyze requirements and propose solutions for EHS processes. The position also includes participation as a project member or Project Manager across all phases of solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Support incident resolution and bug fixes
Apply technical expertise to manage, improve, and support SAP EHS applications
Write functional specifications for developers
Test, validate, and document customizations and development changes
Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to propose solutions for EHS processes
Participate in projects as a member or Project Manager for new application development
Support key EHS processes including Product Safety, SDS Authoring and distribution, Dangerous Goods Management, and global label management
Support SVT (Substance Volume Tracking), SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern), PCN (Poison Control Notification), and other chemical industry registration processes

Qualifications
