Job Description

:
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new banking clients for IT services and manpower solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in banking clients.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT and manpower solutions aligned with their business needs.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure to contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen business reach and service offerings.
Achieve revenue targets, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure consistent business growth.
