Technical Expertise:



Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements. Providing technical advice and support to clients. Understanding and communicating technical specifications of products.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Preparing sales reports and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:



Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of IT hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

Sales Skills:

Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and solve client problems.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
