Responsibilities:
Generate business through
Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other portals

Create and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Draft effective proposals and close deals successfully.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding and lead generation on
Upwork
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle international clients.
Understanding of
IT services
, especially
Shopify, web development, and digital marketing
.
Goal-oriented and self-driven individual.
