We are hiring an

IT Sales Calling Executive

to connect with potential clients over phone calls, understand their business needs, and promote suitable IT services and solutions. This is a calling-focused inside sales role, ideal for confident communicators looking to grow in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective clients Promote IT services such as website development, software solutions, cloud services, digital marketing, and CRM systems Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings with senior sales consultants Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems Support proposal sharing, negotiations, and closure coordination Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers / Interns

Interest in IT services or technology solutions Good verbal communication skills Comfortable with calling and customer interaction Willingness to learn IT products and sales techniques

For Experienced Candidates

Minimum 6 months of experience in IT sales, telesales, or inside sales Experience in selling service-based IT solutions preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes

Required Skills

Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections professionally Basic computer and CRM knowledge Target-driven and disciplined approach
