Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

Speak with clients in person, over the phone, or virtually to understand their specific business requirements.

Analyze client systems, workflows, and pain points to identify tailored solution opportunities.
2. Solution Development & Technical Advisory

Collaborate with technical/HR teams to design and present customized IT solutions.

Provide expert advice on the use, installation, and benefits of computer systems, software, and networks.

Recommend features relevant to various business domains such as finance, manufacturing, or logistics.
3. Sales Development & Lead Generation

Conduct cold-calling, outbound reach, and courtesy follow-ups to generate new business.

Network, attend events, and leverage client referrals to identify and pursue new leads.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to promote upgrades and additional services.
