Position Overview:

We are seeking a sharp and persuasive

IT Sales Telecaller

to finalize deals over the phone with warm leads. The role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of IT and digital marketing services (especially Google Ads), and the ability to close efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with qualified leads to close IT service and digital marketing deals Clearly communicate service value and address client objections Maintain and update CRM with lead status and call notes Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging Meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets Ensure smooth handover of closed accounts to the execution team

What We Value:

Proven experience in telesales or teleclosing, preferably in IT or digital services Confidence in handling objections and converting warm leads into customers Knowledge of Google Ads, digital marketing, or IT solutions Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Goal-driven mindset with a focus on closing and client satisfaction

Preferred Experience:

1 years in telesales or inside sales Experience with CRM systems and structured follow-ups Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and performance metrics
