Key Responsibilities:

Talk to customers over calls and emails to understand their needs Explain technology products and solutions in simple terms Keep track of customer details and follow up regularly Support the sales team with quotes, reports, and documentation Work with the technical team to ensure smooth customer service

Job Requirements:

Graduate or higher in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Good communication and teamwork skills Interest in learning about IT solutions and sales processes Freshers or up to 6 months of experience can apply
