to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products or services, and generating qualified leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers and explain product/service offerings
Follow up
on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Maintain
professionalism and customer service excellence
in every interaction
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately record customer interactions and update the
CRM
or internal database
Address
customer questions and objections
clearly and confidently
Schedule
meetings or product demonstrations
as required
Collaborate with the
sales and marketing team
to nurture and convert leads
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
(mandatory)
Minimum 1 year
of experience in
telecalling, telesales, or BDE role
(preferably in an IT firm)
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in
English and Hindi
Confident, persuasive, and
self-motivated personality
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with
CRM tools
