Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Promote and sell Techmates' solutions and services, including
cloud, cybersecurity, staffing, and IT infrastructure offerings
.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines for reporting and forecasting.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and events to represent the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA
in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization (mandatory).
1-4 years of experience in B2B or IT solution sales (Fresh MBAs with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English.
Strong
negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Good understanding of
IT products, cloud services, and software licensing
is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
