Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business DevelopmentExecutive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in our sales process byconnecting with potential clients, explaining the value of our CRM platform, schedulingdemos, and supporting new client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Present and explain SYSBi's unified CRM features and benefits to potential customers.
Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with interested clients.
Share customized proposal emails.
Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly.
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and feedbackhandling.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of CRM software and SaaS products (training will be provided).
Ability to build relationships and handle objections confidently.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in pre-sales or SaaS/tech-based business development is a plus.
