Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business DevelopmentExecutive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in our sales process byconnecting with potential clients, explaining the value of our CRM platform, schedulingdemos, and supporting new client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
? Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
? Present and explain SYSBi's unified CRM features and benefits to potential customers.
? Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with interested clients.
? Share customized proposal emails.
? Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly.
? Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
? Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and feedbackhandling.
Required Skills:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong understanding of CRM software and SaaS products (training will be provided).
? Ability to build relationships and handle objections confidently.
? A self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
? Prior experience in pre-sales or SaaS/tech-based business development is a plus.
