Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their IT infrastructure requirements. Conduct product demos showcasing features related to computer networking, AWS, VMware, Linux, Azure, and other cloud solutions. Engage in pre-sales activities by analyzing client needs and proposing suitable technical solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and presentations. Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and implementation of IT solutions. Provide technical guidance during sales negotiations, ensuring client requirements are met effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings. Support post-sales customer success initiatives by ensuring smooth deployment and integration of products.

Qualifications



Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the IT industry. Strong knowledge of computer networking, AWS, VMware, Azure, Linux, and related cloud platforms. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell). Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and designing appropriate solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations. Project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously. Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Relevant certifications or hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), or Linux environments are highly desirable.
