to join our expanding IT sales team.

team that combines traditional
sales with automation, data, and personalization
to drive smarter outreach and faster deal cycles.
You'll engage potential clients, understand their business needs, present relevant IT solutions, and help build scalable outbound systems using modern GTM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and messages to prospective clients and present our IT products or services effectively.
Manage and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
Build, maintain, and optimize
automated lead workflows
using tools like
Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Clay
.
Research and identify potential clients using modern GTM data tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, etc.).
Personalize outreach using enriched company and contact data.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
in telesales, IT business development, or inside sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
with fluency in
English
.
Familiarity with
CRM and automation tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Exposure to
sales automation platforms
like
Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay
is a
plus
-- or
willingness to learn
them quickly.
Understanding of lead generation, data enrichment, and outreach automation (preferred).
Highly motivated, target-driven, and curious about technology and automation.
Freshers are
not eligible
for this position.
