Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Introduce IT & digital services (Web Development, Software, Digital Marketing, SaaS)
Identify and qualify potential business clients (B2B)
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/closing team
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
Maintain accurate outreach and lead data in CRM
Meet daily outreach and monthly lead targets
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in cold calling and follow-ups
Basic understanding of IT & digital services
Research and lead qualification skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with 6 months+ experience
in IT sales outreach, lead generation, inside sales, or telecalling
Any graduate or equivalent qualification
B2B IT or software sales experience is a plus
